No way to stop emails from a legitimate sender from being routed to Spam folder

All messages sent to me by eBay Inc. ( ) get routed to the Spam folder. I have gone to that folder multiple times and marked them as Not Spam, but they end up back in the Spam folder within 15 minutes, and new messages from eBay end up there also. I have added eBay to my Address Book so that it might be recognized as a legitimate sender, but that has not solved the problem. This is very frustrating.

Hello @user_1ap5bj, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with an important email going into your spam folder after marking it as not spam. I can see how frustrating that can be, especially after moving them multiple times. When you saved the email sender to your address book, did you save it exactly as it shows on the email that was sent? Are you using a third-party email client to access your Xfinity email? If so, you may need to review your settings as they have their own filters and blocked sender's list. If you are not using a third-party email client, then here is another option you can try which is setting up email filters that can help sort your messages into different folders. You can go to Set email filters or spam filters — Xfinity Email help for steps.
