No shipped email

I ordered an Xfi Gateway router and modem on the 18th and haven’t gotten a shipped email. I got the confirmation email though. Just wondering if shipping is backed up or something.

I am having the same issue. I ordered a Modem on the 18th and set the delivery date for September 7th, but have not received any information about shipping, just the order confirmation email.

I did end up getting it. Well two actually. What I did was just DM Xfinity Support and they got back to me right away and said that they’ll get one shipped right away. My initial router came just yesterday so that’s why I ended up with two. Today I just returned one of them.
