No response from support

I used the online chat in Xfinity to fix an issue I'm having with my email account. They recorded my issue, gave me a ticket number, and then said someone would call within the hour. That was over 2 days ago.

I tried again today on Xfinity chat and gave them the ticket number. After saying they'd check on my ticket, they hung up (not on my side, I was still connected).

So I started a new chat with someone else. I gave them my ticket number again. They said someone will call back within 15 minutes.

Someone actually called back within 15 minutes. They were very muffled, so hard to understand. After talking for a short bit, they hung up on me (I promise I'm being polite).

So I started a new chat with someone else. I gave them my ticket number again. They literally said "I am from repair team I have limited access on it, please call on 1800 934 6489. They will surely help you and get your issue resolved, be rest assured." So apparently I cannot get support on the chat - I need to call now.

I called the number referenced. I gave the recorded messages answers to each question (I was trying to get to a human), but eventually, they directed me to technical support - where? Back to Xfinity chat.

I'm going in circles with no help. Each person I talk to says they will take ownership of the issue ("please be rest assured" they say), but I never talk to the same person twice and I'm getting hung up on. There is no way I can call back or "chat back" a specific person. It's always a new person who doesn't know or understand the issue.

Is there some manager who will "own" an issue for support - or am I stuck going in circles until I hopefully find someone who can help?

@user_be0dc6

We're not chat, but live people.  Please tell us what your issue with email is.  Understand, though, this is a message board so someone might not reply to you immediately.

FYI

You are wasting your time with Xfinity customer "support".

 After contacting customer "support" several times I get the same answers.

They always blame my equipment (I use my own router/modem) without even sending out a technician to check out the line.

My connection drop outs 5-6 times per day. Plus, I don't get close to the speeds I'm paying for.

Xfinity customer support does not exist.
