No longer receiving forwarded emails

As of about 10:30 this morning, I'm no longer receiving forwarded emails from two different accounts.  I have no spam filter enabled, and the spam folder is empty.  How can I fix this problem?

Hey there, @larry_m81 [Edited username]. Thank you for creating this post. I can definitely see how that would be a problem if you are not able to receive forwarded emails. Have you checked that the email accounts that the emails are supposed to be forwarded from have the settings properly to forward them? Also, are these automatic emails being forwarded or emails that you are forwarding yourself?

The emails started showing up the next morning in a sporadic manner.  Quite a number of other people were reporting the same issue, so it was definitely a problem on Xfinity's end.  So the problem went away on its own.

I've now changed how I'm getting my emails and will no longer be forwarding them to my comcast email address.

I am glad to hear that the issue was resolved the next morning. We definitely do appreciate you posting in our forums and if you do have any other questions, please feel free to do so again.
