When you have a moment, could you walk me through the steps you’re taking to access your email and let me know if you’re seeing any specific error codes or messages? Are you able to sign in through the Xfinity Connect site and view your emails there? Also, have you already transitioned to the Yahoo email?

Hello, @hod1957. I appreciate you making us aware that you're not receiving emails via Forums. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're having. Are you using a third party email server? Also, is this on online or on your phone?
