Hello, @hod1957. I appreciate you making us aware that you're not receiving emails via Forums. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're having. Are you using a third party email server? Also, is this on online or on your phone?

I just switched over to Yahoo mail.  I did not receive mail before the switch.  I am now getting mostly spam mail.  Not receiving test emails from google mail or facebook.

@hod1957 If you are not receiving emails after the Xfinity to Yahoo migration, you must update your app settings to use Yahoo IMAP/SMTP servers (imap.mail.yahoo.com) and verify you accepted the terms at login.yahoo.com.

The transition requires manual re-configuration of third-party apps (Apple Mail, Outlook) and stops old email forwarding rules. I'll be on standby just in case you have any other questions or concerns. It's important to me that we figure this out together.

@hod1957 I understand but now that the transition has been made, the settings need to be updated. Please let me know if the issue persist after updating the email settings.
