No emails for a 3 day period from last week...need a live agent
I have a 3-day gap in my emails from last week, and an agent said he created a ticket for it yesterday after a chat. I have nothing since, and my account shows no open tickets. I cant find a way to reach a live agent again. I want to find out what is happening with this gap, and whether there is a ticket for it or not.

I got a repair ticket started two days ago. I have a number for it. It's and "ECM" level ticket. The agent said he would set a check-in reminder of some kind for himself for today, but I haven't heard anything, and I don't know how to get any other updates on the status of the ticket. No emails, no texts, and my personal support page shows "No Open Tickets." Any ideas how I can find out what is happening??
