No emails are displayed when I use the Xfinity app on my Android phone

When I sign in to the Xfinity app on my phone, I don't see any of my emails. I sign in to the app and tap "Check email", then I am asked to sign in to my account again. I then get the message "We are now loading your email." It looks like my inbox is being displayed, but there are no emails. I've cleared the Xfinity app cache, uninstalled the app, re-installed the app from Google Play, and restarted my phone. The same thing happens. Everything was working fine until yesterday (6/27/2026).

I can view all my emails when I use Firefox on my phone.

This is clearly an issue with the app. Like everyone else I tap the check email and it loads a blank screen.
No updates have been applied that time with this issue.

It's not the phone or OS - everyone seems to be having this issue regardless of the device.

The suggested "work arounds" are not practical. Especially in these times of MFA. I'm not able to log onto apps because I'm not able to get email on my phone.

Solved by going through Chrome not my Xfinity desktop icon, and following these steps. Open Chrome, search on Comcast, choose official site Xfinity, click sign in here, and sign in. Once email is open, click on three dots in upper right, choose install shortcut. Creates new mail icon on phone screen. USE THAT to access mail and it loaded correctly. Hallelujah.

Same email issues for many weeks now. It is a frustrating thing. I also have tried all the "fixes" and "work arounds." Certainly a company as large and wealthy as Xfinity could provide your customers with a simple email access fix.
