Trying to access my comcast email. My account has it set up as
. However, when I send an email to this address from my work account, it comes back as undeliverable.

What does the bounce message say exactly? (your image isn't working) Can you send to the account OK using some other email account you have like Yahoo or Gmail?
@otchdreams log into your comcast.net account and access emails via our website xfinity.com. Once you do, it should reactivate the mailbox and try to send that email again.

@otchdreams log into your comcast.net account and access emails via our website xfinity.com. Once you do, it should reactivate the mailbox and try to send that email again.
