Well, what mail service/app are you using and what have you entered as your server names/addresses?

Thanks for responding.  If you're using Xfinity email (comcast.net) and Outlook.com which had been working prior, it sounds like some configuration got lost or reset.  Are you using your email address to sign in on the Outlook.com page?  It looks like Outlook.com uses a Microsoft profile login as well, correct?

I don't mind getting PM's.  If the Forum Policy doesn't want us to use it, then turn it off and don't give us the option to turn it on/off in our Profile Settings.

Unsolicited PM's are against the Guidelines.  It's okay if you ask someone to PM you, but the whole idea for customer to customer is to keep information in the open.  When an OE requests a PM it's usually for specific personal information.

Remember, you have no idea who you may be dealing with in a PM, especially if they are a new or infrequent poster.
