No Email receiving

I have tried everything to fix this. Three different xfinity stores. Apple store. Talked three times to AI representative. Nothing resolved.

I can not get email in my in box. Most of the time it shows up in my trash. Please help, I'm very frustrated.

user_pz8mfs Is this a Comcast email you're having issues with? What did the store representative say/do? Were any tickets made for this issue?

Hello @user_pz8mfs it looks like we had asked a few questions above. Are you referring to your comcast email? Are you trying to get your emails to work using a third party app like the mail app?

user_pz8mfs thank you for keeping us in the loop on this issue. Are you noticing the emails missing from all sources or a specific sender/email suffix? For example, missing emails from people using a Yahoo address specifically.

One issue, I get Emails from all senders on my desk top computer, but it shows up only in the trash folder.

Second issue is with my iPhone.  I get nothing from any email source.
