No Confirmation Email
I submitted an order for internet earlier today, but I did not receive a confirmation email. The website also does not let me access the app or billing information with my account information so I have no way of knowing if my order went through properly. I cant even sign in. I'm extremely frustrated.

Hey @user_a10536! I understand it has been a couple of days since your post, please let us know if you are still in need of assistance or have not been able to set up your account.
When placing an order and not receiving a confirmation email, one of the most common errors can be due to the type of equipment delivery (pick up, tech install, delivery service) and/or the location (if it has never had service or has not had service in a long time).
