No access to my email
I’ve been having a major problem with my email address access. I’ve tried everything that I can think of but no luck. It’s like my email doesn’t exist anymore and have lost full access to it. It’s definitely something wrong on the end of Xfinity side because I even tried to get email on other devices but zero luck. When I try to click on the link it sends me back to the main screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try clearing your history/cache in your browser, then close it out and open a fresh session. You could also try using a different browser as a test. Are you getting any error message when you try to sign into the account?
