Over the last several days my email is not going into my inbox but instead it goes to the trash folder. How can I correct this?

Check to see if there is a filter set up to send messages to the Trash folder. On the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, then on Settings>>>>>>Filter rules. If there is one delete it and then change your password.
Thanks, but there is nothing under filter rules.
