new email complaint

I have migrated to the new yahoo email.  And at the least the new email at yahoo is pure [Edited: "Language"].  First are the adds you get sent.  Under Comcast email  never got an add.  and you cannot delete the adds they stay in your inbox!!!    Second When logging in there questions about how i log in and other ways to log in.  There is no icon to push to say i am not interested it is only sign up or hit the x icon. But do not worry we will ask you again the next time you log in. I just want to log into email not have to go through a bunch of  HOOPS  just to get to my email.  Who is responsible for this????????????????

THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM XFINITY. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND I AM EXPECTED TO PUT UP WITH THIS NONSENSE??????!!!!!!! THIS DO IT THIS WAY OR TOO BAD???????????

Xfinity - go back to the old email not this add and sign in [Edited: "Language"].

There are two things you can do.

1.)  Use a browser extension to block ads

2.)  Use a third party email app

These are adds placed into your in BOX BY YAHOO! AND of course YAHOO offers add free emails ( there adds ) for an additional FEE! BLACKMAIL ! THANKS Xfinity!

On top of this Today I received an YAHOO ADD  for a mens dating site !!!!! This is beyond decent! Did xfinity know about this?? ya they did.  xfinity is dropping there email system to save MONEY.

I guess XFINITY senior employees need new yachts.

AND you suggest opening a new email system??? Do you realize how many places not to mention friends and relatives i would have to get notices??? Ya just what i want more maintenance to do on  my email system.  AGAIN HAVE YOU MIGRATED TO THE NEW YAHOO SYSTEM????

This is an official answer: once you've migrated to Yahoo! Mail, there is no going back.  Sorry.

I've been doing this for 20 years, well before the employees were here in the Forums.  And so, I am not lying, once you've migrated to Yahoo! Mail, there is no going back.  You will still have your comcast.net email address, you'll just go to https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com to log in with your comcast.net credentials to get your comcast.net email.  When it comes to the ads you can use an ad blocker or you can use a third party email app.  But, going back isn't an option.

As @Again has mentioned. Once you've migrated to Yahoo, there is no way to migrate back. This thread will now be closed.
