New email address?

I’ve had a Comcast email account for a couple of decades. I’m wondering if a different email address is available and what I’m looking for is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. My current email is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

user_osqjiv Thanks for reaching out about an email update. We don't have a way to change your current email that exsists, but you can try to create a new ID to have that email.

Note that https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information says:

As of June 3, 2024, customers can't create new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts.
