Never received message to change Comcast email to yahoo

I did not get a message to move my Comcast email to a yahoo email and now my Comcast email will not populate to new messages since July

• How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail? or through a device like your phone, or iPad, etc.
• Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
• Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
• If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.
