Need old emails [Edited]
how do I retrieve my old emails? Xfinity/Comcast no longer serve my area, and I can't retrieve my emails. The IN box is empty, but emails are going to the Spam box (advertising, etc.) I do not know where my personal emails are?

Hello @dioro Even though we no longer serve the area you should still have access to the email so long as you continue signing in. If emails are missing you will want to open a ticket with our Customer Security Assurance team at spa.xfinity.com under the postmaster option.
