Need new IP address

I have spent hours today and gotten nowhere. No one seems to understand English. The IP address I have been using for quite a while is on many block lists and my emails are going into people's spam folders. This is a HUGE problem for me and my ability to connect with potential clients. It is not a hosting issues, it is an IP issue. I can not get a new IP address simply by doing a ipconfig/release as was initially suggested and no one at this company seems to be able to do anything. I have cancelled my services effective 30 days from now because of this.

As a non-business subscriber, you are randomly assigned an IP address from those available in your area.  You will receive a new IP address on an interval determined by the carrier.  Your IP address will not remain the same (known as a static IP address), unless you are specifically paying for it.  You can see what your currently assigned IPV4 and IPV6 IP addresses are by visiting

In a couple of days, your IP addresses will be different, depending upon the interval the carrier has set for IP address renewal.

Here is an explanation of how IP addresses allocations work:

One final comment; you can try unplugging your modem, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in.  Sometimes that gives you a different IP address than you had before you unplugged it, but it doesn't always work; you are assigned an IP address from those that are currently not in use, and sometimes you get the same one that you just 'released'.
