Need help with trying to access my email

I signed up for xfinity internet on June 16th 2026. I was told that I have a comcast.net email id same as my personal email id that I used for signing up. However, I am unable to get to the comcast.net email part and it keeps circling to the page where it says "By June 2024 no more new emails will be able to be created". How would I access xxxxxx@comcast.net. None of the url s are working suggesting it has moved somewhere else or not in the system.
