Need help returning equipment
I have tried the assistant, I have tried calling. I need help with what to do about one piece of equipment my ex tossed. I don't want to just keep paying endlessly, but I can't find any help to get to a resolution. Suggestions?

You can return Xfinity gear at most UPS stores. If you do, make sure you get a receipt for it.

That's the problem. My ex threw out one of the TV boxes (the smallest one). I don't want to pay month after month for a piece of equipment I no longer have. I would like to just settle up on what the cost of that box is, and have my bill only reflect what I'm actually using. (Internet only now)

Thank you for reaching out here @user_3lui0i. That is certainly an issue we can assist you with from here. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
