Need help getting back email access

I have had Comcast email for 36 years I quit Comcast because of financial reasons but always had the Comcast. Net email I am Back with Comcast data and WiFi and internet now I cannot login to my Comcast. Net email which everyone in my circle has including doctors everybody

How were you getting your email before you rejoined Comcast?

Clear your cache and cookies for Xfinity
Log out of your account
Close your browser, then start a new session to log in to your old email.
