Need email storage size upgraded - how do I email comcast for support
Hello,
We are a small home improvement company operating in the North East. We are frequently having problems with the storage size of our comcast account. We hit 10gb easily and require more storage space. For now we are automatically forwarding emails to a Gmail account with more storage but it is a hassle to keep everything organized.
Earlier today one of our employees reached out to Comcast support to inquire about upgrading our storage size. The solution Comcast recommends is going through and deleting emails based on size to free up space. This absolutely does not work for us. We are frequently receiving PDFs with job details, pictures, contracts, etc... We absolutely need to keep these files in our email and on record in case years down the line a customer comes back to us with an issue or the company we work with requires a file.
We are going to look into downloading our email database to a local drive. But keeping everything in our online system would be easier. How does Comcast support large businesses with massive email files coming in every day in the hundreds if they cannot support our small installation business? After speaking with a representative today we were told it's not possible to upgrade our storage space which frankly I find ridiculous. We are willing to pay. Support our small business with more storage and we support your large business by paying for the service. What am I missing here...
I am looking for a contact email for support at Comcast because it is clear speaking to a rep on the phone who I can barely hear and messaging with a live agent who is extremely limited in what they can assist with isn't going to get the job done. If someone could provide me with an email to reach someone at Comcast I would greatly appreciate it.

There is no way to get more email space. However, Google has a solution for you: Google Workspace for your business. While you will have to pay, the amount is minimal [and probably can be taken off on taxes]. And it offers a heck of a lot for the price.
