My SSL Certificated websites are blocked only by xfinity

My website started getting blocked about a week ago. I've submitted two report a blocked website tickets, no response and not change in access. I done the following:

• Check local network status
• Reboot the gateway
• Changed browsers
• Changed computers both mac and pc
• Turned off Xfinity xFi Advanced Security, and Wifi hotspot
• Changed DNS servers 

My Verizon mobile internet access works when using my cell as a wifi hotspot with the same computers. All services are blocked.
