My ISP Switched To Amazon Technologies

Don't know how but my ISP switched to Amazon Technologies from SMTP.Comcast.  I'm not getting email to my account and I don't know why it switched or how to switch it back

Any ideas how I can get my SMTPback to SMPT.COMCAST.NET from Amazon Technologies?

Outlook on my Windows PC. I can get mail via my cell phone on the Outlook app and through Xfinity webmail.

Thank you but it seems to be resolved.  It was actually a VPN blocker that somehow got turned on.  Thank you for the follow-up.
