My Incoming emails can take from 1-2 hours or even more to be delivered. Please help

Good afternoon user_518f8d I can certainly understand the concern if there is a delay. Are you experiencing this delay with delivery directly through Xfinity.com, or is this happening on a third-party application (ie: Outlook, Mail for Apple, Mail for Android, etc.)?
