@user_dnjgcu, Your Xfinity emails are likely going to the trash due to incorrect filter rules, third-party email client settings, or a potential security issue. To fix this, first check your Xfinity email filter rules and delete any that might be misdirecting emails. If you use a third-party app like Outlook or Apple Mail, review its settings to ensure it's not set to move messages to Trash.
Check your Xfinity email filters: Log in to Xfinity Webmail, go to the gear icon > Email Settings > Filter Rules, and disable or delete any rules that might be moving emails to the Trash folder.

Did you see the information my coworker @XfinityChelseaB left on how to fix the emails that are going to the trash?

glassgenie2 I’m so sorry to hear your husband’s emails are taking an unexpected detour to the trash! I know how frustrating it is to miss important messages because of a pesky filter. To help him get things back on track, he can check his Email Settings under Filter Rules. If there’s an accidental rule set up, he can simply hit "Edit" or "Delete" to stop the emails from being moved. Another quick fix is to mark those messages as "Not Spam" or add the sender to his Address Book to help our system recognize them as safe!
Please let us know if you are still running into this issue after doing the above.
