My emails are all going to trash

My emails go directly to trash.  I clicked on a phishing email in error. Invite from PunchBowl that then sent messages to everyone in my address book. The message I got from Xfinity was: "Your message was not delivered to its intended recipient(s) because our automated spam filtering tools recognized one or more characteristics of your message as potentially associated with spam. Our policies prohibit the transmission of spam using Comcast's platforms and services."  My email is obviously flagged and I cannot send email from my Comcast email and I have several issues with not being able to send messages through my laptop.  How do I get comcast to take my account off a list that is obviously stopping my sends and dumping incoming to trash.

Hello, @JH30 to disable email filters in Xfinity Email, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Xfinity Email account.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner and select Email Settings.
  3. Navigate to Advanced Settings from the left menu.
  4. Locate the filter you want to disable and click Disable next to it.
  5. Alternatively, you can click the trash icon to delete the filter entirely.

Remember to click Save to apply any changes made to your filters.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.
