I Need To Get My [Edited: "Personal Information"] Email Back I Do Not Like The New Yahoo Address That I Had And Have Since Deleted And Closed. Could You Please Reinstall My Comcast. Hello @pnkgr51, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I can certainly understand wanting to regain access to your longtime Comcast.net email address, especially if you prefer it over the Yahoo address you were using. Unfortunately, once an Xfinity email account has been migrated to the Yahoo platform, it cannot be moved back to the Xfinity email platform. In addition, Xfinity discontinued the creation of new @comcast.net email addresses in June 2024, so we are unable to recreate or restore a Comcast.net address on the Xfinity email system. You shouldn't have had a yahoo email address. You should have retained your @comcast.net email address, the only difference being is that you would go to yahoo.com to sign in with your comcast.net credentials to get your comcast.net emails. As was mentioned by @XfinityMarshante if you deleted your comcast.net email address at yahoo.com there isn't any way to get it back nor can you create a new one.
