Logging in to https://connect.xfinity.com is usually a good starting point. If that doesn't work, please post back with a more complete description of the problem you are having. What happens when you try to access email?

On the Inbox page, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, then on "Email Settings". On the landing page, at the top-left, click on "Basic Settings". On that page you should see the option to set the language to either English or Spanish.
