You changed my emails to date rec’d!!

I use a-z, would you please change it back!!!

There is not a “SORT” dropdown to change it back!!!!

Hi there, @user_q21a9u Thank you for reaching out regarding your email concerns. To change your Xfinity email sorting back from date to alphabetical (A-Z) by sender, click Sort above your email list and select From. If the Sort button is missing, ensure no emails are currently opened, then look to the right of "All" above your inbox to find it.-Richard
