My email

You changed my emails to date rec’d!!

I use a-z, would you please change it back!!!

There is not a “SORT” dropdown to change it back!!!!

Hi there, @user_q21a9u Thank you for reaching out regarding your email concerns. To change your Xfinity email sorting back from date to alphabetical (A-Z) by sender, click Sort above your email list and select From. If the Sort button is missing, ensure no emails are currently opened, then look to the right of "All" above your inbox to find it.-Richard

I'm sorry to hear that, @user_q21a9u To restore the Sort Menu, please try following.-Richard

 

  • Unclick Opened Emails: If you have a specific email already open or selected, the "Sort" button may disappear and be replaced by other options like "View". Click away from any open message to return to the general inbox view.
  • Check the "View" Menu: Look for a "View" link near the top right of your window. In some interface versions, sorting options are tucked under this menu.
  • Use Mobile "Edit": If you are on a phone or tablet, the sort option is often located by first selecting "Edit".
  • Clear Browser Cache: If the button is still missing, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can often fix interface display issues
