Why can't I get into my email account with my password. How do I know it's not a scam!!!!!

How are you trying to access your email? using webmail or a third party email app? Are you getting any errors and if so what are they?
Have you transitioned to Yahoo! Mail? If so, you should be logging in here: https://mail.yahoo.com/

Hello @user_4aktrl, how are you trying to access your email? Try going to: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite. If you are unable to sign in you can simply reset your password by going to: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password.
