My email is used to sign to facebook [Edited]

Comcast is going to delete [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I do not want this address deleted.  it is used to sign to facebook

You need to sign in to the web page periodically, then.  https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite

Good afternoon @user_ningop. Can you elaborate on what is going on with your email? Did you receive a notification about your email?

@XfinityRaf​ Yes, I received a email stating that [Edited: "Personal Information"] would be deleted.  I ask not to do so because I use this address for my log-in to facebook.  Please do not delete.

Hi there, @user_ningop Thank you for reaching out. Xfinity will not automatically delete your email account if you use it at least once every 12 months. However, if you don't sign in for more than two years, your account will be closed after a 90-day notification period. -Richard

No, it doesn't count.  You need to sign in on the email webpage in order to keep your email alive.  I suggest signing in at least once a month in order to clear out old/spam email.  https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite   If you haven't signed in to that email in a while  you may need to change your password in order to get in.

user_ningop, I'll second @Again. You would need login directly via Xfinity. Using this email on other platforms like Facebook won't prevent the email from being deactivated. Were you able to use the link provided and get logged in?
