My email has been disassociated with my account

I need help! On Friday 2/6/26, we went into the local West Lebanon NH Xfinity office to change me to the administrator of our home Internet/TV/email/mobile account.  I was already a member on the account. My husband was the administrator before me. All Brendan did was supposed to do was change me to administrator. Somehow, he disconnected me from my 25+ year email account. No one in the office can fix this issue, nor did they seem to care, nor did they offer any followup. The manager just walked out and left. Please help me! I need access to my email for my work, my accounts, and my expenses. Thank you for your assistance.
