My email going to another account

Someone called me today saying that he was being delivered email tha had my comcast address in the "to line".  I am not sure if there is anything that I can do if such is the case.  The other party was frustrated that his box was being filled with email to me.  Does anyone know what can be done in this case?

Check to see if email forwarding has been turned on.

In webmail, click on the gear icon, then on Email Settings.

In the left pane click on Auto Forward.

If there is an email address there remove it.

Thanks for your reply!  The forward e-mail feature was not activated and no address was listed.  I guess something else is going on.  Thank you again for your reply!
