My comcast.net inbox has disappeared

Apparently I am in the middle of the yahoo conversion but did not get any notifications. I spent almost 3 hours on the phone yesterday until I finally had someone tell me, they are having diffiulties, that's all  Now, today I do not see what was sitting in my inbox yesterday!  Anybody else have this problem?

This was resolved in a very awkward way and cost me way too much time. They could not retrieve my inbox when they lost it so they gave me every email I received from 9:27 for which I had to go through and find what might have been in my inbox. This is after 3 days and 3 hours with three different agents trying to get this resolved. This is the worst interaction I have ever had with Comcast.

aladinsane thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out to us regarding your email troubles. I have a quick question to gain a better understanding on how you went about resolving this concern for others who come across the same issue in the future. Are you stating that you had every email since the 27th of September returned to you? And this was done to review which ones should be included during the timeframe you noticed your access missing?
