Hey there, user_gtrp3y! Thanks for posting on our XFINITY Community forum. We would not want you to lose your Comcast email either. Have you tried resetting your password here at xfinity.com/password?

That link might work if copied-and-pasted, but if clicked, it results in a "404 Not Found" page. The correct link is https://xfinity.com/password, which works if copied-and-pasted or if clicked.
