I would still very much like to keep my comcast email. I don't remember the password, so I can't change it even though I'd like to.

Hey there, user_gtrp3y! Thanks for posting on our XFINITY Community forum. We would not want you to lose your Comcast email either. Have you tried resetting your password here at xfinity.com/password?

That link might work if copied-and-pasted, but if clicked, it results in a "404 Not Found" page. The correct link is https://xfinity.com/password, which works if copied-and-pasted or if clicked.

Are you still on Comcast or have you switched to Yahoo?  Are you using an email client or a website?  What is the specific hassle?

We can't help you unless you give us more details.
  • How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail?
  • Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
  • Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
  • If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.
