MY Comcast email, was sent to yahoo by Comcast after 20+ years. Its now gone

Missing email totally vanished after 20 + years

I wish I could say I got what I paid for.

How do you know it was sent to Yahoo?  You have to agree to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before your account is migrated to Yahoo.

• How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail?
• Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
• Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.

If you've been using a third party email app and not logging into the website periodically, your email could have been suspended or deleted.  If that's the case, you'll need to contact our Customer Security Assurance folks.
