My account member role got removed somehow and my email is gone!

I don’t know how it got removed but that’s what I’ve noticed my email quit working so everything that ive logged into in my life everything I need 2fa to get into I can’t because my email is just gone. Called xfinity they said they can’t help me!

IM A 20 year customer with them and my monthly bill keeps climbing! $342 last month!!

so they delete my email I’m locked out of all my accounts two phone calls placed no help so they cannot give me back my email but yet they took it away! [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] my government profile my bank stuff all on 2 factor authentication useless now because Comcast/xfinity deleted my email account I’ve had for the last twenty years!

if this is how your longtime customers get treated beware! And loyal I have been for a long time too! They don’t care just a number ! Surely if you can remove an email you could give it back! Nope! Not xfinity!
