Must restore my e-mails to my inbox

I was clearing e-mails from a specific sender and upon deleting them it appears I deleted my entire inbox with more than 5000 e-mails.  I did not delete them permanently.  However I would like to restore them in mass rather than a few at a time.  This would take me an eternity.  Is there some way I  can restore them all at once back into my in box?

I haven't tried this myself with such a large number of emails, but assuming they are all in the Trash folder, right-click on it and in the context menu click on "Move all messages", then select the Inbox and hit "Move all" in the lower right corner.

At about 3:30 today 12/26/2020, I checked my email inbox from my iPhone and all my emails were gone! Only one appeared clocking in at 3:32 pm. Nothing is in the Trash folder. All other folders have emails in them but I can’t be sure all of them are there. I can live with that unknown however, losing many, many inbox emails (I only delete a small amount) is awful!! I had Christmas letter emails, emails with photos, emails I was saving to read later, work emails, travel info emails; you get the idea. I get the same when I use my desktop computer to get my email at my.xfinity.com. I read another thread from 3/2020 where this happened. What can I do?!?!

Do you have another device using POP3 that might be downloading and then deleting the messages?  Also, try this URL on the computer with your browser-------------
