Multiple @comcast.net emailers receive mailer-daemon because their email is not delivered to one specific address

Something has changed recently at the @comcast.net servers!  My wife has an @comcast.net email acct, and her emails to my personal email (@xxx.org I'm anonymizing it) never go through.  Then I polled other contacts with @comcast.net emails, and asked them to send me a test email.  All of them failed.  The destination email server is working fine, and I can receive emails there from everyone else. So something is wrong with comcast.net.

Hello @Sobelcat Sorry to hear about your issues receiving emails from comcast.net email addresses. Are there any issues with your wife or the other users receiving emails from you? What 3rd party email service are you using?

@Sobelcat When it customer to issues of blocked domains or issues sending or receiving emails from certain services you will typically need to work with our Customer Security Assurance team to see why this domain is having issues. You can either file a report at https://spa.xfinity.com/report or call them directly at

1-888-565-4329, and they can get a ticket opened. If you are having issues with both options then let us know, and we can reach out to our contact in that department.

Sobelcat Okay. Go ahead and send us a DM with your full name and the service address. We will reach out to our contact and request and update on that ticket.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
