I don't use Outlook, but this is what I have in Thunderbird:

Incoming:  imap.comcast.net Port 143 with StartTLS and Normal Password

YMMV

Outgoing: smtp.comcast.net Port 465 with SSL/TLS and OAuth2

Xfinity often blocks Outlook unless you explicitly authorize third-party email programs. 
  • Sign into your email on the Xfinity Webmail site.
  • Click the Gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner.
  • Go to Security on the left-hand menu.
  • Check the box for Third Party Access Security to allow programs to access your
forum icon
