Moving to yahoo

When I click to accept the offer the first thing I get is page to log into my yahoo account … so when I use my Comcast address and password it rejects me. The info says my address will stay the same. So what next!

I get an email from an aol address telling me to transfer to yahoo but when I click the link provided it says ERROR: page not found.

This transfer has been a mess from the beginning. It should have been done by snailmail not email which looks suspicious. Now I get a final notice and the link still gets the error message.

I'm not sure why you would believe something from AOL when AOL has nothing to do with this in the least.

Always check for this migration in webmail.  The official email will have the Xfinity verified logo [no email from AOL!].
