Moving Email

I am not able to put a checkmark in front of my Comcast email to delete it or move it. I can only select all messages or hit delete one by one. What do I have to do to change that?I used to be able to drag emails to a folder too and that doesn't work either.

Do you have the empty boxes for the check 🔲    On one of the pics , I circled the trash & move icons in the toolbar .  You may select what you want and choose an action in the toolbar , I don't know why it is that you can't check the boxes , and select one or all 

messages , but here's how mine looks  :

Hi! We understand how important it is to keep a clean email. Just to confirm, are you accessing your email via the Xfinity Connect web portal? If so, we give you have several options to delete emails in bulk. As you mentioned you have the 'Delete All' option where you can delete an entire folder's worth of emails by right-clicking on a folder and selecting 'Delete all messages'. In addition, you can also choose to search for specific senders and delete messages 50 at a time. Please let me know if this helps. 

In regard to the dragging option, are you running into this issue on multiple devices?
