More Yahoo Transition Confusion

I access my email through https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite and stay logged in There is no invitation to transition there, but if I go to the page Xfinity Email Login - Access and manage your account this comes up:

A better email experience is waiting for you

We're inviting you to upgrade your Comcast.net email account to Yahoo Mail for a better email experience at no extra cost. Your email address stays the same – and your messages, folders, and contacts do, too.
But if I click the "Sign in" link, it just goes to my usual eamil, and if I click "Learn more" it just goes to the Xfinity FAQ page.
Am I invitted to upgrade now or not.  And if so, how do I get there?

Thank you for reaching out. If you are using the link https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite and you do not have the notification to migrate to Yahoo then your account has not been invited yet. Have you checked the link: https://www.xfinity.com/email ? Once completed You should see "Your Comcast.net email account is accessible at Yahoo Mail. Head to Yahoo Mail to sign in and access your Comcast.net email account" @Ge57u

"I access my email through https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite and stay logged in ..."

In my experience the "migrate" invitation doesn't appear if I stay logged in to webmail. It only shows up when I go from "logged out" to "logged in".

What do you see when you log in to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/emailMigration? If your account is ready to be migrated the page should say "You're invited to upgrade ..." and have a "Get started" button. If not, I'd imagine they just haven't got around to your account yet. Or something is badly broken . . .

Also note that Comcast/Xfinity has been saying over the past week or two that, for now at least, migrating to Yahoo is optional and connect.xfinity.com will continue to work until further notice.

Thanks.  I do not get a Get Started button.

And yes, I have been involved in the posts regarding the transition being optional.  I don’t plan to transition unless required to.  I’m satisfied with my current setup.  But I am still very skeptical as to whether it truly is optional.  This whole thing has continually been presented with much confusion,

At this time @Ge57u our resources state that you can choose not to upgrade and continue accessing your comcast.net email through the Xfinity Mail platform. We are offering this upgrade to Yahoo Mail platform because of the enhanced security, more features, and a mobile app for easy access on the go. This may change in the future therefore I would keep an eye out for any communications going forward about Xfinity Email.
