More than one chance to do Yahoo e-mail transition?

I just installed Linux on an old computer and when I went to check my Xfinity e-mail, during the login it prompted me for the Yahoo transition.  I skipped that since I was just trying to verify that the computer worked (it did).  I shut that computer off.

I then went to the computer that I use daily and there was no prompt for the Yahoo transition, nor was there any e-mail from Xfinity concerning the transition?

Did I inadvertently blow my one chance to do the transition?  Or is Xfinity going to repeatedly pester people to do it?

How did you "skip" that email since you were just trialing Linux?  Even if you read it, it should still be in your email list.

However, if it wasn't a verified email from Comcast you may have saved yourself some worry.  Did you read that email?    Was the email in your list?

In webmail, check to see if you have any emails with the verified logo from Comcast.  If you do see that email you "skipped" and it doesn't have that logo, you're safe.

At any rate, you should get another email ~30 days after the first one [or, it could be longer], asking you to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Yahoo!, so be patient.

It wasn't an e-mail, it was some sort of pop-up message when I first logged into the Xfinity mail server.  I saw something about transitioning to Yahoo, but then just cancelled the pop-up and continued.  No announcement e-mail has shown up in my normal inbox (or spam).  Maybe I was just imagining things!!!

@jemk2wu - You should still be able to accomplish the transition! Here's what I'm finding:

1. Multiple Prompts: Once your account is eligible for the transition, you will see a prompt to accept Yahoo's terms of service when you securely sign in to your email at https://www.google.com/search?q=connect.xfinity.com (which aligns with the pop-up you saw).

2. Repeated Reminders: If you don't accept the terms right away, you will lose access to your email after 30 days, but you have up to 120 days to accept the terms before the process is terminated, and your account is closed. This implies that the prompt or other forms of notification will appear again.

3. Multiple Notifications: We generally aim to notify customers via email (30 days in advance), a notification in the Xfinity app, and the sign-in prompt you saw. The fact that the pop-up didn't appear on your daily computer might simply mean your session was still active, or the rollout is phased, and the prompt is not guaranteed to appear every single time you log in, but it should reappear.

In summary: Since you were still able to access your email and did not complete the transition, your account should still be on the Xfinity platform for now. The pop-up prompt for the Yahoo transition should reappear when you log in to your email at https://www.google.com/search?q=connect.xfinity.com again. Please let us know if this helps!

Why a Google search? Why not just post https://connect.xfinity.com? You're making it unnecessarily complicated and confusing.
