Monthly bill of $65.. why was I charged $103?

I’ve had an Xfinity account for 1.5 years - my bill has never exceeded $65/month (which is shown to be my estimated monthly total). This payment period - they charged me $103 without any information as to why/where these additional charges came from. I’ve tried customer service, the Xfinity assistant and looking into billing details but nothing shows where this extra $40 came from. Can someone please advise?

The concern is not "E-mail" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
