Mobile Email not updating

During the last month my email on my Iphone app has not updated.  It finally did last week but this week it has not updated.  I can log into it on the computer and it will be updating but not on my Outlook app on the iphone 15.

For troubleshooting purposes, are you able to successfully access your Xfinity email through the web portal [connect.xfinity.com]?

I have been unable to access my email since February. I am in the process of porting my landline from Comcast and have heard nothing from Xfinity regarding this or anything else. On the positive side, I am finally able to record again after over a year and many conversations.

@user_6exumn How are you attempting to access your emails, through our connect portal, or within a 3rd party app? For port out requests, we do not typically interact with customers as the phone number hand-over is processed through on our backend systems that is initiated by the new carrier's request to port in your number. If you had just the one number with us, the service is automatically canceled after the port out request is completed.
